The Lead Housekeeper role at The Huntington Club is pivotal in ensuring the pristine condition and welcoming atmosphere of the club's facilities. Job Duties

  • supervise and support the housekeeping team in daily operations
  • assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
  • lead by example through active participation in daily cleaning tasks
  • ensure proper staffing levels for daily operations and club events
  • communicate regularly with the general manager regarding operations and improvements
  • maintain cleanliness of all club areas including locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, and public spaces
  • perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting
  • ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
  • manage trash removal and sanitation processes
  • assist with deep cleaning and floor care as needed
  • conduct routine inspections to ensure standards are met
  • ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience
  • address member concerns promptly and professionally
