  • proficient use of office equipment and systems such as KeyTrak, uShop, and AiM
  • perform building inspections and report deficiencies
  • collaborate with Facilities Store for inventory management
  • supervise staff during special events
  • ensure timely resolution of customer service issues
  • troubleshoot equipment problems
  • adhere to SDS safety information and standards
  • ensure proper disposal of trash using appropriate PPE
  • assist in snow, ice, or debris removal as required
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
