Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of relevant housekeeping experience
  • Proven supervisory or team lead experience
  • Ability to work full time, including every weekend from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
  • Ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of housekeeping experience
  • Experience supervising and training staff
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce cleaning standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Supervises and trains assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet unit standards
  • Assists staff to provide optimum service to guests
  • Ensures assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
  • Documents late or absent employees and resolves attendance issues
  • Coordinates assigned staff breaks and prepares assignment sheets
  • Maintains accurate record and security of keys, radios, and beepers
  • Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards are met and addresses deficiencies
  • Resolves internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Conducts staff training sessions and contributes to team professionalism
  • Performs other duties as assigned
