Job Requirements

  • Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public
  • Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks
  • Adherence to Touchmark Gold Standards of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends
  • Ability to act as a first responder in emergency situations with provided training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to undergo first responder, CPR, and First Aid training
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Demonstrated adherence to Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance

Job Duties

  • Operate all necessary cleaning equipment to perform essential functions
  • Ensure residents homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned according to Touchmark Gold Standards
  • Notify supervisor or management of any required repairs
  • Keep supervisor informed of equipment performance and supply needs
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents, guests, and team members
  • Respond as a first responder in emergency situations after training
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
