Job Requirements
- Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public
- Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks
- Adherence to Touchmark Gold Standards of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to act as a first responder in emergency situations with provided training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo first responder, CPR, and First Aid training
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- Demonstrated adherence to Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance
Job Duties
- Operate all necessary cleaning equipment to perform essential functions
- Ensure residents homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned according to Touchmark Gold Standards
- Notify supervisor or management of any required repairs
- Keep supervisor informed of equipment performance and supply needs
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents, guests, and team members
- Respond as a first responder in emergency situations after training
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
