Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to lead and train other employees
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work mornings on varying days
- Adaptability to perform various cleaning tasks in different areas
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to train, lead, and assign work to other staff
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and adaptable with a commitment to safety and hygiene
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services in various areas within the facility including offices, patient/resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, common areas, bathrooms, hallways, food service areas, and other required locations
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks ensuring all areas of the site are clean and shining
- Assign or supervise work of other housekeeping employees and provide training as needed
- Report to work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts consistently
- Perform other tasks as assigned which may vary between sites depending on business needs and client requirements
