Job Description

Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center, in partnership with SodexoMagic, offers a unique work environment that goes beyond simply being a job. The facility is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Housekeeper position with a pay rate of $25 per hour. The work hours are in the mornings on varying days, with specific schedules provided during the interview process.

As a Lead Housekeeper at Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center under the SodexoMagic partnership, you will be more than just a cleaner—you will be a hygiene hero and a protector of the planet. Your role will involve delivering high-quality cleaning services to help maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for patients, residents, staff, and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will span a variety of settings within the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, hallways, dining service areas, offices, classrooms, or any other spaces requiring attention. Besides direct cleaning duties, you will occasionally assign or oversee the work of other housekeeping staff, provide possible on-the-job training, and help foster a collaborative and safe workplace culture. This leadership role requires reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to promoting a healthy working environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Ability to lead and train other employees
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to work mornings on varying days
  • Adaptability to perform various cleaning tasks in different areas
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Ability to train, lead, and assign work to other staff
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide cleaning services in various areas within the facility including offices, patient/resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, common areas, bathrooms, hallways, food service areas, and other required locations
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks ensuring all areas of the site are clean and shining
  • Assign or supervise work of other housekeeping employees and provide training as needed
  • Report to work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts consistently
  • Perform other tasks as assigned which may vary between sites depending on business needs and client requirements
