Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous host, lead host, concierge, or guest relations experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hospitality
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
