Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • coordinate host/hostess schedules to ensure proper coverage
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • maintain an organized and efficient seating chart
  • collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to optimize table turnover
  • monitor and manage waitlists during peak hours
  • communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff
  • provide clear instructions to the host/hostess team to ensure smooth operations
  • handle customer feedback and communicate it constructively to the team
  • address and resolve issues related to reservations, seating, and guest concerns
  • proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions
