The role of Lead Host/Hostess at WildFin Issaquah is an essential front-of-house position responsible for coordinating the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the restaurant. This position requires a charismatic, outgoing, and personable individual with a strong sense of hospitality and the ability to manage high guest volumes efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant setting and be proficient in managing reservation systems, specifically Open Table or RESY. Strong leadership and communication skills are critical, as the Lead Host/Hostess will also direct and lead a team of front desk assistants, ensuring that waitlists and seating are handled in a smooth and organized manner.
This role offers both full-time and part-time employment options, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, plus tips which average an additional $5 per hour, paid weekly. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years as a lead host or hostess in a full-service high volume restaurant with Open Table or RESY experience
- Strong leadership skills and abilities
- Ability to manage high volumes of guest reservations walk ins and effectively run a wait list
- Strong communication skills
- Must be dependable reliable and motivated
- Must be outgoing personable and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality
- Must be available days nights weekends and holidays
