Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong food service background with knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Guest relations experience is a plus but not required
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive guest interactions

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality, creating a positive first impression
- Oversee reservation management and seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times

- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
