Job Requirements

Proven experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong food service background with knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
Previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
Guest relations experience is a plus but not required
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive guest interactions

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality, creating a positive first impression
Oversee reservation management and seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times
Lead and motivate the host team, providing training and support to ensure high standards of guest service
Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication
Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring it reflects our welcoming environment
