Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with the use a tablet and smartphone for capturing customer information and managing appointments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Reliable transportation
- Availability throughout the week according to retail store hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and engage in active conversations with customers
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with the use a tablet and smartphone for capturing customer information and managing appointments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing service experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience
Job Duties
- Engage customers in retail locations, educate them about Roth Home solutions, and identify opportunities to address their home improvement needs
- Capture accurate lead information and convert interest into booked appointments
- Represent Roth Home with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every customer interaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and drive conversions
