The company is currently looking for motivated individuals to join as Lead Generators, an essential role designed to launch careers in sales within a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting. The Lead Generator will engage customers at retail locations, educate them about Roth’s home service solutions, and transform interest into qualified leads and booked appointments. This role requires active listening to understand customer challenges and effectively communicate solutions offered by Roth. Working in close collaboration with the Sales and Service teams, Lead Generators ensure every interaction is handled professionally and enthusiastically, reinforcing Roth’s reputation as a dependable partner.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with the use a tablet and smartphone for capturing customer information and managing appointments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability throughout the week according to retail store hours
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and engage in active conversations with customers

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with the use a tablet and smartphone for capturing customer information and managing appointments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing service experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience

Job Duties

  • Engage customers in retail locations, educate them about Roth Home solutions, and identify opportunities to address their home improvement needs
  • Capture accurate lead information and convert interest into booked appointments
  • Represent Roth Home with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and drive conversions
  • Take ownership of your location’s performance, proactively identifying ways to improve results and exceed goals
