This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour plus uncapped weekly bonuses, with top performers having the potential to earn over $80,000 annually. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic settings. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with shoppers and event attendees, spark natural conversations to uncover homeowner needs, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.

This position offers paid training and ongoing coaching to support your career development in marketing or sales.
