Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • open availability including early mornings (starting at 5:30 am), evenings, and weekends
  • ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week)
  • motivated by sales goals and relationship-building
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead by example and support a team
  • willingness to take initiative and adapt to change
  • ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • passion for yoga, fitness, and wellness
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, retail, or wellness preferred
  • sales experience is a plus
  • leadership potential and ability to motivate a team
  • comfortable using basic computer systems and technology
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • organized with attention to detail
  • positive energy and professionalism

Job Duties

  • create an exceptional member experience by maintaining a welcoming and spotless studio environment
  • lead and support the member experience associate team by guiding, training, and reinforcing studio standards
  • drive sales and membership growth by connecting with prospective members, booking guests, and supporting retention efforts
  • collaborate with the studio manager to support daily operations, retail, administrative tasks, and member engagement
  • lead the onboarding experience for new members and new team members
  • foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and member satisfaction
  • ensure operational excellence and uphold high studio standards
