FACE FOUNDRIE is currently seeking passionate, innovative, and driven individuals to join their team in a full-time leadership and marketing role focused on operations, customer service, training, and marketing initiatives. The role involves managing daily operations by greeting guests warmly, assisting the manager in scheduling, inventory management, and sales goals achievement. The position also includes training responsibilities, such as coaching front bar receptionists on customer service protocols, product knowledge, and sales techniques, and maintaining FACE FOUNDRIE's high standards across service and merchandise offerings. Additionally, the role emphasizes creating and executing marketing plans to drive foot traffic and enhance brand recognition, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to promote brand initiatives. Event planning and coordination, both in-store and at external venues, are vital parts of this position to boost client bookings and brand visibility. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with leadership experience, marketing acumen, and a passion for skincare. Availability to work onsite events, including nights and weekends, is required. Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- assist the Manager in scheduling needs and assigning team breaks
- assist the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, and receiving products
- maintain a high level of Skin ID cards for client education and retention
- achieve store and individual sales goals
- monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
- coach team in customer service protocols and ensure consistency
- identify opportunities for growth in staffing, average ticket, and rebooking
- assist in training Front Bar Receptionists on customer service, product sales, and membership sales
- teach Front Bar Receptionists opening and closing procedures
- help hold team accountable on service, product, and membership sales
- conduct product, retail, and membership training
- implement ongoing training initiatives
- execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- utilize marketing channels including social media and email campaigns
- create on-brand social media content
- plan and execute events to increase brand awareness and client bookings
- participate in in-store and off-site events
