Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership and/or marketing experience

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- strong communication skills
- experience in customer service
- ability to manage and train staff
- proficiency in social media content creation
- event coordination skills
- knowledge of skincare or beauty industry preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- assist the Manager in scheduling needs and assigning team breaks
- assist the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, and receiving products
- maintain a high level of Skin ID cards for client education and retention
- achieve store and individual sales goals
- monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
- coach team in customer service protocols and ensure consistency
- identify opportunities for growth in staffing, average ticket, and rebooking
- assist in training Front Bar Receptionists on customer service, product sales, and membership sales
- teach Front Bar Receptionists opening and closing procedures
- help hold team accountable on service, product, and membership sales
- conduct product, retail, and membership training
- implement ongoing training initiatives
- execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- utilize marketing channels including social media and email campaigns
- create on-brand social media content
- plan and execute events to increase brand awareness and client bookings
- participate in in-store and off-site events
