The role offered is for an operational support position within a Pilot Company restaurant environment. This position is designed to provide critical support to the restaurant management team, particularly overseeing restaurant operations during non-peak hours and as needed to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will assume responsibilities that uphold the brand’s operational standards, maintain the pace and efficiency of service, and provide leadership to team members on shift. This role involves direct supervision and hands-on work, encompassing tasks such as executing shift plans, assisting the management team, working in hourly positions when necessary, and monitoring essential procedures related to food preparation, register handling, and cash management.
Key aspects of the job include maintaining hospitality and speed of service (SOS) goals per brand standards, managing labor usage and break policies, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols, enforcing dress codes, and assisting with team training and cross-training initiatives. The candidate will be instrumental in supporting marketing efforts at the restaurant level by ensuring product availability and freshness, as well as executing suggestive selling techniques. Reporting and advising the restaurant general manager on performance and disciplinary issues is also a vital component of the position. Job Requirements

- Adheres to restaurant plans/objectives as set by restaurant general manager
- Assists with training and cross training of team members as directed
- Adheres to all brand and PTC processes and policies
- Monitors register procedures and cash handling policies and processes
- Maintains safe working conditions by following all safety and security policies and processes
- Ensures all team members are adhering to brand and PTC's dress code standards
- Follows all brand maintenance processes and methods
- Advises restaurant general manager as to performance/discipline problems
- Ensures acceptable execution of suggestive selling, product, food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ensures compliance of brand and PTC marketing and ensures products are available and fresh
- Works hourly positions
- Other duties as assigned by management
