- 1+ year experience in the food service industry
- 1+ year lead or supervisory experience
- Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Complete high school level computational skills

Job Duties
- Assist staff in the absence of immediate supervisor
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Ensure employees take appropriate breaks
- Assign and complete critical duties during each shift
- Act as a professional role model for co-workers
- Ensure proper assembly and service of foods
- Maintain sanitation and safety in all utility areas of the department
