The Event Lead role at Insignia Event Services is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of events from inception to completion. The Event Lead acts as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, internal teams, and event partners, coordinating logistics and operations to meet Insignia’s high standards. This role involves direct support in the planning stages as well as hands-on involvement on event days, focusing heavily on smooth operational flow, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Candidates stepping into the Event Lead role must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to maintain productive relationships and address a variety of stakeholders’ needs efficiently. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, precise attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure. Reporting lines include collaboration with the Event Operations team and supporting the Manager of Events with logistical and executional aspects. The Event Lead’s responsibilities also encompass managing venue logistics, permit coordination, vendor communications, event data maintenance, and post-event follow-ups. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during the NFL season, are essential prerequisites due to the nature of events managed by Insignia.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to work all Arizona Cardinals home games during the NFL 2026-2027 season
  • Availability to work up to four events per month
  • All offers of employment at Insignia Event Services are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Previous event, event coordination, management, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners
  • Support end-to-end event execution, including setup, event operations, and breakdown
  • Lead event setup and strike in coordination with the Event Operations team
  • Manage venue load-ins and loadouts while maintaining safety standards
  • Prepare and maintain event data, timelines, and operational documents while partnering with parking, operations, and production teams to execute event needs
  • Coordinate event details before and after events, including vendor communications, city officials, and internal departments
  • Prepare and distribute event communications and confirmation details to internal teams
