The Associate role at Product Connections involves conducting in-store food and non-food product demonstrations, which are essential to enhancing customer engagement and increasing product awareness. The Associate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the products represented, professionally serving and demonstrating these products, and engaging consumers to effectively sell the items. A significant part of this role includes the management and maintenance of event execution equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean, organized, and securely stored in designated backroom areas. The Associate also plays a leadership role in communicating and coordinating with store management during the absence of the Supervisor, acting as the point person for all events and assisting other team members as needed.

This part-time position, with an expected maximum of 25 hours per week and an hourly wage of $15.50, offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about retail marketing and customer interaction. Key physical demands of the role include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly (with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds), and operating demonstration equipment. The work environment is primarily within retail store settings, with limited travel required.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with some related experience or training preferred. They should possess proficiency in computer and mobile device navigation to manage event-related applications and internal systems effectively. Certification in food safety or a local food handler's permit may also be required, depending on local regulations. English proficiency is essential, with bilingual skills considered a plus depending on the business needs.
