Acosta Group operates as a collective of experts, dedicated to transforming how brands engage with consumers throughout their shopping journey. As a comprehensive marketing agency, Product Connections offers a variety of specialized services including digital and traditional retail events, product demonstrations, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, and omnichannel shopper marketing. The agency's goal is to create and deliver brand solutions that connect the right products with the right audience at the right time, efficiently guiding consumers through every stage of the conversion funnel.

With a workforce comprising over 10,000 field professionals and more than 150 corporate employees, Product Connections prides itself on fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. Employees are encouraged to innovate, develop new skills, and advance their careers within the company, making it an ideal workplace for individuals driven to make an impact. As part of the Acosta Group, Product Connections embodies a dedication to equality and accommodation, supporting applicants and employees of diverse backgrounds and abilities. This role is part-time, expected to be around 25 hours per week, but scheduling may be adjusted based on business and client needs. Salary details are considered accurate and reasonable at the time of posting, with the company employing E-Verify to validate candidates' eligibility to work in the U.S.

The Associate position at Product Connections involves the execution of in-store food and non-food demonstrations designed to engage and tempt consumers effectively. This role is crucial for driving product awareness and sales by providing professional presentations and interactions at retail event setups. The role requires managing and maintaining event equipment and materials, ensuring cleanliness and security, and adhering strictly to safety and hygiene standards, especially while handling food products including raw meats, produce, and eggs. The Associate will be responsible for setting up the event table, preparing food samples using various small appliances, and maintaining a sterile workstation using appropriate cleaning chemicals. When the Supervisor is absent, the Associate acts as the primary contact for store management and other event specialists, providing leadership and support.

The role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, thorough knowledge of the products demonstrated, and the ability to perform all job responsibilities assigned to the demo program. The Associate will also be required to complete administrative tasks such as submitting online reports on the day of event execution, photographing the event setup as documentation, and managing expense reports. Professional appearance and adherence to retailer dress codes are essential aspects of the role. This dynamic position offers a blend of customer service, hands-on demonstration work, and operational responsibility within a retail environment, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking part-time roles with a reputable marketing agency.
