Job Description
Product Connections, a part of the Acosta Group, represents a leading full-service marketing agency that excels in connecting brands with consumers through innovative, engaging retail experiences. As a subsidiary of Acosta Group, which includes over 10,000 field experts and more than 150 corporate staff, Product Connections specializes in orchestrating digital and traditional retail events, experiential marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and omnichannel shopper marketing strategies. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture where employees are encouraged to innovate, develop professionally, and make significant contributions to marketing efforts that drive consumer engagement and brand conversion.
This role of Associate at Product Connections is vital for the successful execution of in-store food and non-food product demonstrations, a core part of the company’s marketing solutions. The Associate is tasked with engaging customers directly within retail environments, effectively presenting product features and benefits, and driving sales through persuasive and professional demonstrations. This role involves maintaining complete knowledge of the products represented and ensuring the proper setup, management, and execution of event equipment. Maintaining a neat, professional appearance and adhering to hygiene and safety standards, particularly in food handling, are key elements of the position.
The Associate will not exceed 25 work hours per week, emphasizing part-time but impactful employment with potential schedule flexibility based on business needs. This position includes responsibilities such as managing demonstration supplies and equipment to guarantee cleanliness and organization, acting as the primary contact in the supervisor’s absence, supporting the team by sharing knowledge and leadership, and consistently maintaining productive relationships with store personnel to meet company and client goals. Additionally, the Associate is responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing and submitting expense reports and digital documentation of event success via photos.
Candidates will demonstrate proficiency in computer use and internal communication systems, supporting timely reporting and follow-through on events and client visits. They will also comply fully with food safety certifications and local requirements, ensuring adherence to strict sanitation protocols when preparing and serving food samples. The role demands physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and interacting with a variety of kitchen appliances and utensils. Attention to safety, cleanliness, and professional grooming reflects the company’s commitment to retail standards and brand representation.
Working at Product Connections offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, growing agency focused on reshaping how brands connect with shoppers. The company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion underscores its hiring and operational philosophies. Applicants who require accommodations due to disabilities will find supportive and flexible resources. Salary ranges offered by the Acosta Group for this position are competitive and deemed fair at the time of posting. The company also rigorously validates work eligibility in the United States through E-Verify, ensuring compliance and integrity in hiring practices.
Joining Product Connections means entering a workplace where your efforts are valued, your ideas can thrive, and your growth is prioritized, all while being part of meaningful marketing initiatives that enhance consumer experiences in retail settings. Embrace an opportunity to grow your career in an engaging environment focused on creativity, effectiveness, and collaboration.
