Job Requirements
- Stand and walk regularly
- Use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Reach with hands and arms including overhead
- Talk and hear effectively
- Visual ability to read instructions and perform duties
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, climb including 6-foot ladder
- Balance and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Push and pull wheeled demonstration cart
- Prepare foods using raw products and various kitchen appliances
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming
- Report work-related injuries promptly
- Ability to work in a retail store environment
- English language proficiency, bilingual skills if required by business
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience or training
- Proficient in computer and mobile device navigation
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local food handler's permit if required
- Ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Ability to maintain professional appearance consistent with job requirements
Job Duties
- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies used for events to ensure cleanliness and security
- Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events when Supervisor is absent
- Serve as point person for events during Supervisor absence
- Assist other Event Specialists with materials, tools, and event kits
- Provide leadership and product knowledge support to the team
- Proactively engage and sell products to consumers in a positive manner
- Prepare and serve food samples in compliance with food safety guidelines
