With over 10,000 field experts and more than 150 corporate employees, Acosta Group combines extensive industry knowledge and talent to provide robust retail, marketing, and foodservice solutions. Product Connections specifically focuses on executing digital and traditional retail events, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, and omnichannel shopper marketing campaigns aimed at moving consumers through the sales funnel effectively. \n\nThis company prides itself on its inclusive and collaborative culture that fosters professional growth, encourages innovative thinking, and values every team member’s contributions. Employees are supported and provided opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. Product Connections is committed to equal opportunity employment and accommodates individuals with disabilities to perform their roles successfully. \n\nThe role of the Associate at Product Connections involves executing in-store food and non-food product demonstrations to engage consumers and promote products in a professional manner. This position requires maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the products and effectively using demonstration equipment in retail locations. Associates are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and securing demonstration supplies and equipment in the store’s backroom, ensuring everything is clean and ready for events. They play a key leadership role during events, especially in the absence of a Supervisor, by communicating with store management and serving as the point of contact for event execution. \n\nThe Associate must proactively engage with customers, demonstrating and selling products while upholding all food safety and handling guidelines. This includes preparing and serving food samples using various appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers, as well as handling raw meats, produce, and eggs. The role demands maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workstation and following all sanitation protocols. Strong communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with consumers, and a professional appearance consistent with company standards are essential components of this position. \n\nThe role is part-time, with a maximum of 25 hours per week, and pays $16.50 per hour. Associates are also responsible for reporting injuries promptly, completing event documentation, and collaborating with clients and store personnel to meet objectives. This position offers a chance to be part of an innovative marketing team, gain valuable customer engagement experience, and develop leadership skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
