Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local Food handlers permit if required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use cooking utensils and appliances safely
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to present a neat and professional appearance consistent with retailer dress codes
- Ability to operate wheeled demonstration carts
- Ability to complete job responsibilities in a retail store environment with limited travel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Proficient computer skills using personal computer and mobile devices
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local Food handlers permit if required
- Ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
- English language proficiency
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
Job Duties
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to ensure cleanliness and secure storage
- Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events in the absence of Supervisor
- Serve as the point person for all events during Supervisor absence and assist other Event Specialists with event kits and tools
- Provide leadership and knowledge to the team to support the Supervisor
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented to effectively engage consumers
- Proactively intercept, engage, and sell products to consumers in a professional manner
- Prepare and serve food samples while complying with food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
- Set up and prepare Event Table for execution
- Complete all assigned work and assist with client visit preparations
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives
- Complete expense reports and submit all online requirements promptly
- Take digital photos of Event Table setup for client documentation
- Report employment-related injuries promptly to supervisor
