Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to climb ladders and use hands and arms
  • Food safety certification or permit if required
  • Proficient in computer and mobile device use
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Proficient computer skills for using internal systems
  • Food safety professional certification
  • Local food handler permit if required
  • Ability to communicate product features effectively
  • Positive customer engagement skills
  • Ability to prepare food using small appliances

Job Duties

  • Complete in-store food and non-food product demonstrations
  • Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with store management in the absence of Supervisor
  • Assist other Event Specialists with event kits and materials
  • Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines
  • Set up and prepare event table
  • Submit expense reports and event documentation
  • Build rapport with store personnel
  • Take digital photos of event setups
