Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use hands and arms for handling and reaching
- Must be able to prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Available to work up to 25 hours per week
- Must adhere to company dress code and appearance standards
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to comply with safety and reporting procedures
- Ability to use digital devices for reporting and documentation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in using personal computers and mobile devices
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local food handler's permit if required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with company standards
Job Duties
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to ensure cleanliness and security
- Act as the point of contact for store events in the absence of the Supervisor
- Assist other Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools
- Provide leadership and product knowledge support to the team
- Engage proactively with consumers to demonstrate and sell products
- Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation using appropriate cleaning chemicals
- Set up and prepare event tables for demonstrations
- Complete all assigned work and administrative tasks including expense reports and online submissions
- Document event setups with digital photos
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives
