Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and arms for handling and reaching
  • Must be able to prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Available to work up to 25 hours per week
  • Must adhere to company dress code and appearance standards
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Willingness to comply with safety and reporting procedures
  • Ability to use digital devices for reporting and documentation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and mobile devices
  • Food Safety Professional Certification
  • Local food handler's permit if required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with company standards

Job Duties

  • Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to ensure cleanliness and security
  • Act as the point of contact for store events in the absence of the Supervisor
  • Assist other Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools
  • Provide leadership and product knowledge support to the team
  • Engage proactively with consumers to demonstrate and sell products
  • Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation using appropriate cleaning chemicals
  • Set up and prepare event tables for demonstrations
  • Complete all assigned work and administrative tasks including expense reports and online submissions
  • Document event setups with digital photos
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives
