Job Description

Product Connections is a division of Acosta Group, one of the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies globally. As a comprehensive marketing agency, Product Connections excels in digital and traditional retail events, in-store product demonstrations, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, and omnichannel shopper marketing solutions. The company’s mission is to connect products with the right audience at the optimal time, driving consumer engagement and conversion effectively. With a dynamic team comprising over 10,000 experts in the field and more than 150 corporate staff, Product Connections represents a diverse pool of talent and extensive industry experience that redefines what it means to be a full-service marketing agency.

The company fosters a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture where team members are empowered to innovate, grow their skills, and elevate their careers. Product Connections encourages employees to contribute ideas, engage openly, and feel valued as part of a vibrant team that strives to make a tangible impact on its clients’ business goals. Working here means joining an environment committed to professional development, ensuring employees discover their path and achieve meaningful success in their marketing careers.

The role of the Associate at Product Connections is centered around executing in-store food and non-food product demonstrations that effectively engage consumers and promote product sales. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage event execution equipment and supplies within retail store environments. The Associate interacts directly with customers, demonstrates products, explains features and benefits, and creates persuasive selling opportunities through hands-on engagement.

Working under varying conditions, including occasional leadership responsibilities in the absence of supervisors, the Associate must maintain a clean and safe workspace complying with all food safety guidelines and company standards. The role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, frequent lifting, and handling of cooking appliances and tools. The Part-time opportunity typically requires no more than 25 hours per week but may adjust according to business or client needs.

The position also involves managing communications with store management about events, assisting other team members, preparing for client audits, submitting timely reports, and documenting successful executions through digital photos. The Associate serves as a vital link between Product Connections, its clients, and retail store personnel, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and consistent achievement of company objectives. This role not only supports brand marketing initiatives but also offers an exciting avenue for individuals to develop professional skills in retail marketing, sales, and event execution within a rewarding work setting.
