The Lead Event Security Officer (LESO) position at Diligence Security Group is a pivotal role designed for individuals who possess strong leadership abilities and are adept at managing dynamic event environments. This part-time, seasonal, non-exempt role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, with work locations primarily situated in Sacramento, CA, and surrounding areas. The LESO is tasked with providing both operational and administrative oversight during events, ensuring the seamless execution of security plans while fostering positive community relations.

In this role, the Lead Event Security Officer is responsible for supervising event security personnel, coordinating staffing assignments, and guaranteeing compliance with company policies and legal requirements. A significant aspect of this position includes managing logistical challenges on-site, handling real-time adjustments to staffing needs, and supporting community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate must hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a "P" endorsement to safely operate company vehicles transporting staff and equipment. Additionally, a valid BSIS Guard Card is essential for this position.
