The Lead Event Planner role within this esteemed firm is a critical position responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing the full lifecycle of various events. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management
  • proven successful track record in planning and executing complex events on time and within budget
  • excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills
  • proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • must be based in or willing to relocate to Sacramento, California area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage all facets of various events, ensuring they meet client objectives and budgetary constraints
