Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job
- Capable of working independently
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms
- Pass a physical ability test as a condition of employment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work rotating weekends
- Available to work 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job
- Capable of working independently

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Understanding of safety standards and protocols
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department
- Ensures completion of tasks meeting set standard
- Evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures
- Coordinates staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues
- Provides leadership to staff aides and floor crew in the absence of the department supervisor
- Evaluates daily staff productivity and advises corrective action as needed
- Communicates effectively with team members and management to maintain operational standards
