The Maintenance Engineer will play a critical operational role, providing direction and oversight to maintenance engineers, coordinating work orders, and ensuring repair and preventive maintenance tasks are executed promptly and effectively. This role involves a wide range of technical responsibilities such as conducting room inspections, identifying repair needs, and performing hands-on repair work including drywall installation, painting, electrical fixture replacement, furniture repair, minor plumbing tasks, and HVAC pump maintenance.
