As an early childhood ministry, the KCC Lil Panthers Preschool Program specifically caters to children aged 4 to 5 years old, providing a well-rounded preschool education grounded in God’s love. The preschool program emphasizes hands-on learning experiences that are both engaging and educational, fostering meaningful relationships among students, families, and staff. The preschool's Christ-centered approach ensures that children not only grow academically but also develop strong spiritual and social foundations in a safe and caring atmosphere.\n\nThe position available is for a Part-Time Preschool Lead Teacher in the 4s Room within the Lil Panthers Program. This role is ideal for a dedicated, Christ-centered individual passionate about early childhood education and committed to integrating faith into daily interactions and curriculum. Working on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the teacher will create engaging lessons through songs, storytelling, movement, and art that captivate young learners and support their spiritual and educational growth. In addition, the Preschool Lead Teacher will assess student progress and collaborate closely with parents and the Preschool Director to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
