The Lead Dishwasher position is a full-time role crucial to the smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining services department at SJFC Haffey Hall. This role requires a dedicated individual who can assist shift supervisors and department directors with daily operational responsibilities. Key functions include maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation, overseeing dishwashing activities, training and supporting team members, ensuring schedules are assigned and followed, and addressing equipment or supply issues promptly. The Lead Dishwasher serves as a role model for professionalism, customer service, and teamwork within the department. Candidates with prior kitchen utility and dishwashing experience are preferred, though training will be provided.
