Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting
- ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within three months
- Ability to follow dietary and food safety regulations
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Foster an environment of hospitality for residents and guests
- Ensure accuracy of diets and meal service in the absence of the Nutrition Services Manager
- Prepare and serve therapeutically correct diets following established menu guidelines
- Collaborate with Dietitians, Managers, and Chefs in food preparation
- Perform short order cooking for meal service
- Enforce policies and regulatory guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation
- Support professional development and wellness initiatives
