This job opportunity is for the role of Lead Customer Service Representative at the Circle K location on 4856 Park St, Jacksonville, Florida 32205 (Store 2726534). This position requires flexible availability, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic schedules and fast-moving settings. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service while also stepping up to lead shifts and guide team members. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, operate the cash register, handle cashier duties, make product recommendations, and participate in store food programs when necessary. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend and twist for up to one hour per shift
  • Manual dexterity for grasping, reaching, and handling objects
  • Flexible availability for shift work
  • Predictable onsite attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Entry level management experience is a plus
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Motivation to advance in a retail career
