Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
Flexibility to work varying shifts including days and hours between 5:00am and 8:30pm
Clearance approval into the facility
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment
Ability to read and follow company recipes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude and integrity
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up
Ensure adherence to company recipes and food safety standards
Supervise kitchen staff and promote a positive working environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Lift and handle food supplies and kitchen equipment safely
Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Comply with facility clearance and security protocols
