Job Description

Bon Appetit Management Company is a renowned leader in the foodservice industry, operating over 1,000 cafes across the United States in various settings including corporate offices, universities, museums, and standalone public restaurants. The Lead Cook role at Bon Appetit is designed for an experienced culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year culinary or food preparation experience
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in shifts
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Must be able to use knives and kitchen tools safely
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safe work environment
