Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a culinary role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
- strong organizational skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to undergo background screening as mandated by Florida law
