We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing a staff of kitchen employees to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency within our kitchens. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for managing food preparation and service activities in our concession stands, maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen environments, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. This position requires availability for event days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently while leading a team. Responsibilities include managing staff behavior and performance, maintaining inventory, and ensuring consistent quality in food service. The Kitchen Supervisor must have prior cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant setting, and be willing to learn and adapt to our service standards. This role demands physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • Culinary training preferred
