With 303 beautifully appointed guestrooms and an expansive 27,500 square feet of meeting space, the hotel serves as a versatile destination for both business and leisure travelers. The 18-story structure is situated in the heart of Frisco’s bustling Stonebriar Centre, placing guests within easy reach of numerous entertainment venues, shopping centers, and dining options. The location is especially attractive for sports enthusiasts, being just steps away from popular landmarks such as Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas/Toyota Stadium, and the Frisco Discovery Center. This makes the Hyatt Regency Frisco not only a luxurious accommodation but also a hub for cultural and sports events in the region.

This culinary position at Hyatt Regency Frisco is designed for experienced professionals who bring in-depth knowledge and a comprehensive skill set to all kitchen operations. The role demands an individual capable of consistently producing high-quality food products that delight guests and meet the stringent expectations of the Hyatt brand. The chosen culinary professional will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of food production, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. Managing staffing levels and overseeing departmental training are also critical components of the role, underscoring the importance of strong leadership and organizational capabilities. Candidates must be proficient in culinary education, cost control, communication, computer literacy, and guest relations, alongside demonstrated culinary teaching skills. This position further requires the ability to provide direction and leadership in the absence of the culinary supervisor, making it a vital part of the kitchen management team.

Hyatt offers an enriching work environment where associates are empowered to deliver exceptional service while enjoying numerous benefits. Employees can take advantage of free meals in the colleague cafeteria for every shift worked, on-site free parking, and discounted or complimentary hotel room nights. Full-time associates have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as flexible spending accounts and retirement savings plans. Additional benefits include basic life insurance and generous paid time off. Hyatt values career development and international mobility, providing opportunities to work around the world within the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts network. This role is ideal for individuals who are prepared to embrace challenges and contribute to a supportive, values-driven workplace centered on empathy, wellbeing, respect, integrity, experimentation, and inclusion.
