Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Team-oriented and adaptable nature

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work varied shifts with open availability
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Leadership experience or ability to support management
Adaptability and reliability in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Ensure reduction of food waste and maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen area
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
