Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary field or high school diploma/GED with 2+ years experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume food service with 1 year exposure to menu research and development
- Reliable quality-conscious safe worker
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of culinary terms procedures and practices
- Flexibility to perform tasks independently or as part of a team
- HACCP knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle heavy workload
- Self-organized and capable to work independently and in team
- Ability to monitor wastage accurately
- Flexibility for different shifts including night weekends holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop and prepare airline-specific menus
- Lead team of cooks and kitchen staff ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare gourmet meals with precision, attention to detail in presentation and flavor
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and taste
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Train and mentor cooks to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations maintaining clean work environment
