Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Willingness to participate in team tip pool

- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, etc.
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations, assist others in closing the kitchen
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and trainings and bring suggestions for improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned such as dishwashing and bussing
