Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to deliver food-related items to other locations
- Ability to work with kitchen equipment including steamer, oven, grill, and slicer
- Ability to perform work in extreme temperature changes including freezers and refrigerators
- Computer skills including use of applicable systems
- Culinary Arts Certification
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Experience in commercial or school kitchen for at least six months
- Experience in supervisory role preferred
- Pass background and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Supervisory experience in commercial kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and order foods following food service policies, menus, and recipes
- Plan meals ahead to minimize food substitutions
- Purchase and serve food of equivalent nutritional value with guidance and approval
- Modify menus for on-premise events and document changes
- Prepare appealing and tasty meals and snacks
- Ensure proper food production amounts for each guest
- Modify menus and recipes to meet special dietary requirements
