Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
  • Ability to support team members and management
  • Physical ability to perform cooking and food preparation duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Proven ability to prepare and cook a variety of food items proficiently
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
  • Experience supporting management or lead roles a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to food safety and waste reduction
  • Adaptable and reliable

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment
  • Other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
