Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a lead cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- WA State Food Handler's Card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering
