Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality management
- Ability to work primarily AM shifts with occasional PM shifts
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness standards and follow food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service or hospitality management
- Knowledge of health and safety standards such as Ecosure
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast operation including prep and staff communication
- Supervise the weekly specialty breakfast item program
- Oversee banquet lunch execution ensuring production and timing standards
- Ensure daily and weekly cleanliness schedules are followed by cooks
- Assign deep cleaning tasks to AM dishwasher
- Ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards including daily temperature and receiving logs
- Supervise and enhance the daily employee lunch program including menu preparation and budget management
- Prepare and place food orders according to guidelines
