The available role at Embassy Suites Boston Marlborough centers around managing breakfast and lunch operations within the hotel’s food and beverage department. This primarily AM shift includes supervising breakfast preparation, coordinating with breakfast attendants, managing specialty breakfast programs, and overseeing banquet lunch execution. The manager ensures adherence to cleanliness standards, health, and sanitation protocols following Ecosure guidelines, including proper food labeling, storage, and daily logging. Additionally, the role involves supervising and enhancing the daily employee lunch program, focusing on offering variety and healthy, budget-conscious menu options.
