Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for all meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Follow recipes and product directions accurately for food preparation
- Operate a la carte and grill stations as required
- Support management with daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and regularly
- Reduce food waste through efficient preparation and portion control
- Perform other duties assigned based on business needs and client requirements
