Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or related food service environment
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Punctuality and dependable attendance
  • Willingness to perform tasks as assigned that may vary by location or client needs

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented with strong adaptability and reliability
  • Minimum of 3-4 years related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines accurately
  • Basic supervisory or leadership skills to support management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food
  • Operate a la carte or grill station and serve customers as needed
  • Support management by overseeing key functions and employees during business hours
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable regularity
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
