This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and operates during weekday shifts, with specific scheduling details discussed during the interview. The Lead Cook plays a critical role in preparing and presenting a variety of nutritious meals across multiple meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. This role requires a dedication to quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service, as the Lead Cook's work directly contributes to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers.

In this position, you will lead by example, showcasing your culinary skills while supporting your team and upholding food safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities include accurately preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting hot and cold dishes in accordance with recipes and product guidelines. The role may also involve operating a grill station and serving food in an a la carte setting. Additionally, you may provide guidance to other employees and assist management with daily operational oversight. Being punctual and reliable is essential, as is a willingness to adapt to business needs and carry out assigned duties efficiently.

Job Duties
