Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of related cooking experience
  • ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings on varying days
  • food handlers certification preferred
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • reliability and punctuality
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • strong team orientation and adaptability
  • ability to support a healthy and safe working environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • basic culinary knowledge and food preparation skills
  • ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
  • attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
