Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of related cooking experience
- ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings on varying days
- food handlers certification preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- reliability and punctuality
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
- attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
