Employees in this role must maintain a clean, professional appearance while safeguarding proprietary information and company property. The job entails standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and demands physical capabilities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and moving up to 25 pounds independently. Unique to this position is the opportunity for associates to access hundreds of well-designed and visually engaging culinary lessons via the Rouxbe online platform, making it an excellent career-building role for culinary professionals seeking to expand their skills within a world-class hospitality brand. The initial pay rate is $21.98 per hour with increase to $29.30 per hour after one year of employment, with a preference for availability during evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. This position also offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, retirement plans, paid time off (including applicable sick leave), life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness programs. Marriott International actively promotes diversity, inclusivity, and equal employment opportunities regardless of disability, veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
